It is nearly time for the next chapter meeting (SM)! The meeting will be held on Wednesday November 11 at 17.30, in A123 in the A-school. The meeting will, among other things, be focused on choosing new members for the election committee, filling vacant positions from the previous SM, as well as approving nominations from the board. Applications or nominations for positions of responsibility are made HERE.  

You can also send in motions and interpellations! A motion is a request to change something within our governing documents and an interpellation is a question that is asked in relation to some part of the governing documents. These are sent in HERE.  

As always, we will serve food during the meeting, so look out for a message on slack a few days before to ensure there’s food for you! If you stay for the entire meeting, you will also receive a badge. During the meeting you can even buy our chapter dress, the overall!

Snart är det dags för nästa sektionsmöte! Mötet kommer att hållas onsdagen den 11 november klockan 17.30 i A123 i A-skolan. På detta möte kommer vi bland annat att välja nya medlemmar till valberedningen, fylla de poster som inte tillsattes förra SM, samt genomföra bekräftelseval för posterna som styrelsen fick i uppdrag att tillsätta sedan förra SM. Du kan kandidera eller nominera någon HÄR. 

Det går även bra att skicka in motioner och interpellationer! En motion är en förfrågan om att ändra något inom våra styrdokument och en interpellation är en fråga som ställs i relation till någon del av styrdokumenten. Både motioner och interpellationer skickas in HÄR.  

Som alltid serverar vi mat under mötet, se till att reagera på meddelandet som kommer skickas ut på Slack ett par dagar innan för att säkerställa att det finns mat till dig! Är du med på hela mötet kommer du också få ett märke. I samband med mötet kan du även köpa vår sektionsklädsel, ovven!
